De-Activated soya flour is soya beans that underwent a cold pressing process and are enzyme inactive. Selected soybeans are dehulled and cleaned and defatted, then milled to a non-dusty, extra-fine flour. Deactivated soya flour has a distinct, pleasant nutty flavor and odor without any beany or bitter aftertaste.
